Modernization/ Maintenance Coordinator Position
The Winchendon Housing Authority is looking for Modernization/Maintenance Coordinator to work 40 hours per week. All applicants must have the ability to work in many different types of maintenance and office working environments. This is a hands-on Maintenance position with some administrative work with skills in an office environment. Applicants must be computer literate in Microsoft Office and ability to work with different types of data entry software (PHA-WEB), Must be experienced in ordering supplies, scheduling jobs, working directly with the Maintenance Supervisor and working alongside maintenance staff. Strong hands-on ability with construction/maintenance field and outdoor seasonal tasks i.e. snow removal with power equipment and truck plowing. Ability and understanding in inventory control and line-item budget is preferred. Experience in writing grants and completing reports for both EOHLC Formula and HUD CFP grant funding programs is desirable. Applicant must have an active Drivers License with no restrictions.
